Core 3 Health Review: A First Look at the 3-Step Protocol
Core 3 Health bundles 3 Isotonix products we’ve already reviewed separately, OPC-3, Prime NAD+, and Magnesium, into one daily 3-step routine. We haven’t tested the bundle itself yet, so here’s what we actually know about each piece.

Key takeaways
- Core 3 Health bundles 3 products we’ve already reviewed (Isotonix OPC-3, Prime NAD+, and Isotonix Magnesium) into one daily routine.
- This is a first look, not a hands-on review of the bundle. The individual pieces score 4.8/5 (OPC-3) and 3.9/5 (Prime NAD+) in our own reviews.
- The NAD+ step doesn’t contain actual NAD+. It’s a nicotinamide riboside and pterostilbene formula that raises a blood marker, per our full review.
- Magnesium’s own SKU is limited to the US, Canada, Australia, and Singapore stores. We don’t know yet if that limit applies to the Core 3 Health bundle.
The 3 steps, in plain terms
Core 3 Health is 3 existing Isotonix products sold together as one daily routine: Isotonix OPC-3, Prime NAD+, and Isotonix Magnesium, marketed under the tagline “Restore, Rebuild, and Reset.” Nothing new appears to have been formulated for the bundle itself, as far as the product page tells us. It’s the same 3 items, one serving each per day.
Step 1 (OPC-3) is an isotonic antioxidant drink built around grape seed, pine bark (Pycnogenol), red wine extract, bilberry, and vitamin C. Step 2 is Prime Anti-Aging Nutraceuticals NAD+, which we’ll call Prime NAD+ to match our review: 2 capsules a day that raise a blood marker tied to cellular energy and DNA repair, more below. Step 3 is Isotonix Magnesium, a single-ingredient drink aimed at sleep, stress, muscle, and heart health.
Market America’s own copy leans on phrases like “oxygen delivery” and “mental sharpness.” That’s their language, not ours. See our Market America products overview for the rest of the catalog.
What we already know, from testing each piece on its own
We’ve reviewed all 3 components separately, so this isn’t a cold start.
Isotonix OPC-3: 4.8 out of 5 in our own review. It absorbs in about 5 minutes as a drink, versus 30 to 60 minutes for a swallowed capsule, and the grape seed and Pycnogenol inside have real research behind them for antioxidant activity and circulation. Full breakdown in our Isotonix OPC-3 review.
Prime NAD+ needs the most context: it scored 3.9 out of 5 in our review because it doesn’t contain any actual NAD+. It’s 250 mg of nicotinamide riboside plus 50 mg of pterostilbene, a combination that raised blood NAD+ by 40 to 90% over 8 weeks in a real 2017 trial of adults 60 to 80. A 2026 study in Nature Metabolism complicates that: blood NAD+ doesn’t reliably track age or predict how someone ages, so raising the number is a chemical change, not a proven anti-aging outcome. Full study: our NAD+ review.
Isotonix Magnesium is the simplest of the 3: a single ingredient aimed at sleep, stress, muscle, and cardiovascular health. Our review didn’t doubt the formula; magnesium’s role there is well established. The catch wasn’t the science. It was where you can buy it, covered next. Full picture: our Isotonix Magnesium review.
One early customer review on the official page, from a reviewer identified as “JOEP,” describes buying Core 3 Health at a convention, coming off it for a month, feeling foggy-headed without it, and going back on, calling it their own “game changer.” That’s one person’s experience, not our claim. The page shows a 5.0 rating overall. A brand-new bundle’s rating pool is necessarily small, though, unlike the 99 reviews behind Magnesium’s customer rating or the trial data behind NAD+.
The regional question nobody’s confirmed yet
Here’s a wrinkle worth flagging. Our Magnesium review notes that SKU currently ships through the US, Canada, Australia and Singapore stores, and not every regional Isotonix site carries it. Core 3 Health’s page says nothing about regional availability for the bundle: we don’t know if it’s sold everywhere OPC-3 and Prime NAD+ are, or limited to those same 4 markets. We haven’t confirmed this either way, so check availability for your country before you plan around it.
What it costs, and the one thing we won’t guess
The product page doesn’t list a bundle price separate from its 3 components, and we won’t guess whether buying it together beats buying the 3 separately. That’s a number Market America hasn’t published. Check the current price at the link above; if you already know what OPC-3, Prime NAD+, or Magnesium cost alone, the comparison is easy to make yourself once you see the bundle price.
Who Core 3 Health makes sense for
This fits someone who already trusts at least one of the 3 products, or who’d rather run one routine than manage 3. It doesn’t fit someone chasing the NAD+ step specifically for anti-aging results: the evidence supports “raises a blood marker,” not “slows aging,” and we’d rather you know that before you buy. If you only want one of the 3, buying it alone is cheaper and simpler. Obviously. Core 3 Health earns its place only if you actually want all 3 routines running at once. See current price and availability for Core 3 Health if that’s you.

“Three products we already trust on their own, sold together as one routine. We haven’t tested the bundle itself yet, and the NAD+ step still carries the same caveat it gets on its own: it raises a number, not necessarily your lifespan.”
We’ll update this once we’ve run Core 3 Health as an actual bundle and heard from customers past this first wave. For now, this is a first look, not a verdict on results.
