Nothing has switched yet

If you’ve heard that Market America is changing platforms and just want to know where to click “buy” today, here’s the short version: nothing has switched over. Every official Isotonix store is open, taking orders, and shipping normally, exactly like it did last month.

Market America has been telling its distributors (we’re one, Inspire Distribution) that it plans to retire SHOP.COM and the isotonix.com storefronts for a new platform built on Shopify. That’s real, but none of it has happened yet, and there’s no public announcement anywhere as of this writing. Until there is, use the links below.

New customers can still use code 15OFFMA for 15% off a first order at any store above. It’s working today. We haven’t been told whether it carries over once the new platform launches, so there’s no reason to wait if you were already planning to order.

What changes later, and when

Based on what’s being communicated to distributors, the plan is to retire SHOP.COM and the isotonix.com storefronts for a new platform built on Shopify, expected to live under marketamerica.com and country-specific sites (exact domains aren’t confirmed yet, more below). The reason given is straightforward: the current setup has to support affiliate links and pricing across many countries, and that codebase has become too complex to keep maintaining.

The grace period being described is roughly September through November 2026, with old and new sites working side by side. After that window, the current domains are expected to stop working. The dates are approximate and could shift.

This is a platform change, not a product discontinuation. Isotonix formulas aren’t going anywhere, and you don’t need to do anything right now. We’ll update this page as soon as details are confirmed.

What’s still unconfirmed: the exact new domain for each country, the exact cutover date (only “sometime after November” so far, no fixed day), whether accounts, order history, autoship subscriptions and cashback balances carry over automatically, and whether current coupon codes like 15OFFMA keep working on the new platform. We’ll update this the moment we know.

Use the regional isotonix.com store for your country from the list above, for example ca.isotonix.com for Canada or hk.isotonix.com for Hong Kong. In Malaysia, go through ShopGlobal. Each one bills in local currency and ships domestically for that region.

This isn’t confirmed yet. Based on what’s being communicated to distributors, orders placed during the grace period go through the current system as normal. We’ll update this answer as soon as cutover specifics are confirmed.
