Isotonix OPC-3 bottle, official regional store links during the SHOP.COM transition
Some links below are affiliate links: if you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Every store link on this page currently goes to an official Isotonix or SHOP.COM site, and we’ll update them the moment that changes.
Official update (announced August 31, 2026): Market America has confirmed that the new MarketAmerica.com launched September 21, 2026, a day ahead of the previously announced September 22 date. SHOP.COM is becoming MarketAmerica.com, and brand sites like Isotonix.com will redirect to brand pages there. Two dates matter: SHOP.COM addresses redirect only through September 28 (then stop working), while brand-site addresses keep redirecting after that. Launch has now happened: every link on this page still works, and we are re-pointing any that change to the new stores as they go live, so this page stays your safe bookmark. Full story: what’s changing and what to do.

The new platform has launched

If you’ve heard that Market America is changing platforms and just want to know where to click “buy” today, here’s the short version: the new platform has launched, and every official Isotonix store is open, taking orders, and shipping normally, exactly like it did last month.

Market America has been telling its distributors (we’re one, Inspire Distribution) that it plans to retire SHOP.COM and the isotonix.com storefronts for a new platform built on Shopify. We cover the full story in Is SHOP.COM Shutting Down? and Market America Is Moving to Shopify. That’s real, and Market America confirmed it on August 31, 2026: MarketAmerica.com launched September 21, 2026, a day ahead of that date. Links below now point to the current official stores.

Official Isotonix stores by region

These are the same official stores you’d have used any time in the last few years. Pick your region and check out as usual.

These links point to the current official stores now that the new platform has launched. SHOP.COM addresses redirect only through September 28, 2026; brand-site addresses like isotonix.com keep redirecting after that. We’ll keep updating any link here the moment it changes.

New customers can still use code 15OFFMA for 15% off a first order at any store above. It’s working today. We haven’t been told whether it carries over now that the new platform has launched, so there’s no reason to wait if you were already planning to order.

What changes later, and when

Market America is retiring SHOP.COM and the isotonix.com storefronts in favor of a new platform built on Shopify, now live at marketamerica.com and its country-specific sites (exact per-country store addresses are still settling, more below). The reason given is straightforward: the old setup had to support affiliate links and pricing across many countries, and that codebase had become too complex to keep maintaining.

The confirmed grace period is for SHOP.COM addresses specifically: they redirect only through September 28, 2026, then stop working. Brand-site addresses like isotonix.com keep redirecting after that, with no end date given yet.

This is a platform change, not a product discontinuation. Isotonix formulas aren’t going anywhere, and you don’t need to do anything right now. We’ll update this page as soon as details are confirmed.

What’s still unconfirmed: the exact new store address for every country under marketamerica.com. Per Market America’s official Domain Transition FAQ: accounts, order history, and rewards transfer automatically to marketamerica.com, VIFT wallet and cashback balances migrate over. That FAQ doesn’t say whether current coupon codes like 15OFFMA carry over, so treat that as unconfirmed.

Choosing what to order

Frequently asked questions

Can I still order today?−
Yes. Every official Isotonix store listed above is open and processing orders normally. Nothing about how you check out has changed.
Is it safe to start an autoship now?+
Autoship works the same way it always has right now. Whether it carries over automatically now that the new platform is live isn’t confirmed, so note your subscription details (product, frequency, next ship date) somewhere handy. See our autoship and account FAQ for the full breakdown.
Which site do I use for my country?+
Use the regional isotonix.com store for your country from the list above, for example ca.isotonix.com for Canada or hk.isotonix.com for Hong Kong. In Malaysia, go through ShopGlobal. Each one bills in local currency and ships domestically for that region.
What happens to my order if it’s placed right before the switch?+
This isn’t confirmed yet. Based on what’s being communicated to distributors, orders placed during the grace period go through the current system as normal. We’ll update this answer as soon as cutover specifics are confirmed.
Does the 15OFFMA discount code still work?+
Yes, as of today. New customers can use 15OFFMA for 15% off a first order at the stores linked above. We haven’t been told whether this exact code carries over to the new platform, so use it now if you were already planning to order.

Our take

“The new platform has launched, but you still buy from the same official stores you always have. Use 15OFFMA if it helps, and don’t spend time hunting for a new site. We’ll do that part for you.”

Right now, buying Isotonix looks exactly like it did last month. Now that the new platform has launched, every link on this page points to the current official stores, and we’ll keep them updated as anything else changes.

How we cover this: we’re an active Market America distributor since 2012; this page reflects what’s actually being communicated to distributors, updated as facts are confirmed.
