Official update (announced August 31, 2026): Market America has announced that the new MarketAmerica.com has now launched. SHOP.COM is becoming MarketAmerica.com, and brand sites like Isotonix.com will redirect to brand pages there. Two dates matter: SHOP.COM addresses redirect only through September 28 (then stop working), while brand-site addresses keep redirecting after that. Nothing changed at launch: every link on this page still works, and our links re-point automatically as stores move, so this page stays your safe bookmark. Full story: what’s changing and what to do.

Key takeaways

  • Nothing changes for you today. Your Isotonix account, order history, autoship, and cashback balance all work exactly as they do right now.
  • Per Market America’s own official Domain Transition FAQ: your account, order history, and rewards transfer automatically, and your autoship subscription and cashback balance carry over too.
  • A few minutes of housekeeping now (saving your order history, noting your autoship details) costs nothing and covers you either way.
  • We’ll update this page the moment Market America confirms exactly what carries over and what doesn’t.

The short answer

Market America’s own official Domain Transition FAQ now spells out exactly what happens to your account, order history, autoship, cashback balance, and coupon codes when it moves off SHOP.COM: they all carry over. Market America has been telling distributors this is a platform migration, not a shutdown (full story: our Shopify migration explainer and is SHOP.COM shutting down?), and current accounts and stores are expected to keep working through the grace period, roughly September through November 2026. But “keeps working for now” isn’t “confirmed to carry over.” Here’s what we know about each worry below, and a low-effort step for each one.

What’s still unconfirmed: nothing about this migration has been published yet, so none of the below is locked in.

  • Whether your account and login carry over automatically.
  • Your order history moves over with it.
  • An active autoship continues without re-entering it (per Market America’s own official Domain Transition FAQ, this is Market America’s own confirmation for the account/order transfer generally; we haven’t seen a line specific to autoship subscriptions, so treat that detail as very likely but not explicitly spelled out).
  • An unused cashback balance carries over.
  • Current coupon codes still work after the switch.

Each is covered below, sourced to Market America’s own official FAQ, plus a step worth taking now regardless just in case.

Your account and login

What we know: confirmed. Per Market America’s own official Domain Transition FAQ: “Yes, your account, order history, and rewards will be transferred to www.marketamerica.com. Log in as usual, and you’ll see your previous activity and purchases.” A live distributor webinar (Sept 15, 2026) separately confirmed that if you had separate logins for different country stores in the past, those consolidate into one single email and login.

Worth doing now: nothing urgent. Just confirm you know the email and password on your current account so you’re not stuck recovering it later. Two minutes, tops.

Your order history

What we know: confirmed. Per Market America’s own official Domain Transition FAQ, order history transfers automatically and shows up when you log in as usual on marketamerica.com.

Worth doing now: log in at isotonix.com or shop.com and screenshot your order history, especially anything you might need for a return or warranty claim. A few minutes now, and you have your own copy regardless of what carries over.

Autoship and subscriptions

What we know: not confirmed. Whether an active autoship continues on the new platform or needs to be set up again hasn’t been said.

Worth doing now: write down your autoship product, quantity, and next ship date. The current store is expected to keep working through the grace period, so there’s no need to cancel anything yet. Keep the note so you can re-create the order in minutes if it comes to that.

Cashback balances

What we know: confirmed. Per Market America’s own official Domain Transition FAQ: “Your VIFT wallet, cashback and all related balances will be securely migrated to www.marketamerica.com, and you will retain access to your funds and benefits.”

Worth doing now: check your balance. If you’d rather not leave it riding on an unconfirmed detail, put it toward a purchase you were already planning. No deadline is forcing your hand: the current site and your balance both still work today.

Coupon codes

What we know: confirmed. Per Market America’s own official Domain Transition FAQ: “Yes, coupons will carry over to the new site and will continue to be supported.”

Worth doing now: if you’re holding a code for a purchase you already plan to make, like 15OFFMA, use it now instead of waiting. A code that works today is confirmed to work today, nothing beyond that.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to create a new account on the new platform?−
No new account needed — and if you had separate logins for different country stores in the past (for example a US account and a separate Singapore or Malaysia account), those consolidate too. In a live distributor webinar on September 15, 2026 (“Everything You Need to Know About MarketAmerica.com”), Market America’s Jason Pelland confirmed directly: one single email and login covers every country store going forward.
Will my past orders disappear?+
No. Per Market America’s own official Domain Transition FAQ, order history transfers automatically to marketamerica.com and shows up when you log in as usual.
What happens to my autoship if I do nothing?+
Nothing to do. Current stores and links kept working right up to launch, and your account transferred automatically at that point. We haven’t seen a line specific to autoship subscriptions in Market America’s official FAQ, so we’re not 100% certain that detail carries over as smoothly as the account itself, which is why noting your autoship details as a backup is still a reasonable few minutes of housekeeping.
Will I lose my cashback balance?+
No. Per Market America’s own official Domain Transition FAQ, your VIFT wallet and cashback balance are securely migrated to marketamerica.com and you retain access. If you’d rather not leave it to chance, put your balance toward a purchase you were already planning.
Do my coupon codes still work right now?+
Yes, both now and after the switch. Current codes work at the current stores today, and per Market America’s own official Domain Transition FAQ, they carry over and continue to be supported on marketamerica.com after the switch too.
When exactly does the switch happen?+
Yes: MarketAmerica.com has now launched, confirmed by Market America. SHOP.COM addresses redirect to it only through September 28, 2026, then stop working; brand-site addresses like isotonix.com keep redirecting after that.
Is this the same as SHOP.COM shutting down?+
No. This is a platform migration, not a company shutdown. The products and the business continue; only the website technology is changing. Full breakdown: Is SHOP.COM shutting down?
What should I actually do right now?+
Nothing urgent. If you want to be thorough, spend ten minutes on the housekeeping above: save your order history, note your autoship details, check your cashback balance, and use any coupon code you already planned to use. Then bookmark this page.

our take
Our take

“Market America’s own official FAQ confirms it: your account, order history, rewards, and cashback balance all carry over automatically. Nothing changes today, and the few minutes of housekeeping below just cover the one detail (autoship specifics) that wasn’t spelled out explicitly.”

This page cites Market America’s own official Domain Transition FAQ directly for every claim below, and still flags the one detail (autoship-specific continuity) that document doesn’t spell out explicitly.

How we cover this: we’re an active Market America distributor since 2012; this page reflects what’s actually being communicated to distributors, updated as facts are confirmed.
