On August 31, 2026, Market America sent its UnFranchise field an official announcement: MarketAmerica.com would go live September 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. ET. President and COO Marc Ashley unveiled the platform on stage at ICON 2026, the company’s annual convention, and the announcement that followed laid out the mechanics for every distributor to pass along to customers.

Market America’s message to UnFranchise Owners was direct: start spreading the word now, tell customers the date, and get ahead of the old links before they stop working. For customers, the announcement itself doesn’t change what you can buy or what it costs. What replaces what
SHOP.COM is becoming MarketAmerica.com. That’s the core of the announcement: one storefront, one new address, replacing the platform most of our customers have used for years. Brand mini-sites aren’t disappearing. Isotonix.com, MotivesCosmetics.com, and the others move into Brand Pages inside MarketAmerica.com, so Isotonix keeps its own space instead of getting folded into one general catalog. Distributors get a new personal-site format too: MarketAmerica.com/yoursitename, replacing the old SHOP.COM personal links. If you’ve ever ordered through one of our personal links directly rather than a product page, that format is changing along with everything else, though the destination once you land on it should look and work the same.
Outside the US, the part worth remembering is simpler than it sounds: each country’s store moves with it. Our country guides always carry the current working link, so bookmark the guide, not a specific URL you’ve memorized: USA, Canada, Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong & Taiwan.
The two deadlines that matter
Two dates matter here, and they are not equally urgent.
September 22, 2026, 9:00 a.m. ET is launch day. That’s when MarketAmerica.com opens and becomes the real, working store.
September 28, 2026 is the one to actually worry about. Market America is running the SHOP.COM-to-MarketAmerica.com redirect for six days only, September 22 through 28. After that, SHOP.COM links stop redirecting. Not slow, not rerouted somewhere unhelpful. Dead.
Isotonix.com and the other brand mini-sites aren’t on that clock; they keep redirecting past September 28, so those bookmarks have more runway. SHOP.COM doesn’t get that grace period. If you’ve ever bookmarked a SHOP.COM page, a product link, your account page, anything at all, update it before September 28.
If you ask me, that six-day window is the one part of this whole rollout that deserves the word urgent. Everything else here is a new address on the same store.
What stays the same
This is a platform move, not a business change. Market America’s announcement doesn’t say the products are changing, the brands are changing, or ordering works any differently. Isotonix stays Isotonix, and it’s still a Market America brand exactly like it is today (more on that relationship in our brand breakdown). You’ll keep ordering from the same company, just through a new address. Pricing stays handled per country too, the way it is now, not converted into one currency across every market.
What we can’t tell you yet is exactly what the shopping experience looks like on day one, since none of us has used the new platform. What we can tell you is that the business behind it (the products, the brands, the company) isn’t what’s changing. Think of it the way you’d think of a store moving to a bigger building down the street: same inventory, same staff, same receipts, different door.
